(Hong Kong, 13 January 2020) – Dr. LEE Yin Yee, B.B.S., Chairman of Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited (“Xinyi Glass” or the “Group”) (stock code: 00868.hk), the leading integrated automobile glass, energy-saving architectural glass and high-quality float glass manufacturer, has made it among “Outstanding Entrepreneurs in Greater China” (大中華卓越企業(yè)家) named by Forbes China, recognising his leadership pivotal to the many breakthroughs the Group has achieved.
Forbes, an authoritative international financial and business media, advocates entrepreneurship and creativity, and the rankings it publishes are taken as “economic barometers” and wealth pointers. The “Outstanding Entrepreneurs in Greater China” list, a new ranking compiled by Forbes China, spotlights 100 top business leaders (in no particular order) in Greater China in 2019. Those named are from companies listed on the stock exchanges of Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Taiwan and with market value exceeding RMB10 billion. They were selected based on integrated multi-dimensional assessment of including the business results (indicators including revenue, net profit, growth rate and ROE), market scale and share price of the enterprises under their leadership.
